* Until 1115 PM EST.

* At 809 PM EST, gauge reports indicated flash flooding occurring 
  across the warned area. Between 2.5 and 3 inches of rain have 
  fallen.

  This is a FLASH FLOOD EMERGENCY for the Tug Fork near Welch. This 
  is a PARTICULARLY DANGEROUS SITUATION. SEEK HIGHER GROUND NOW!

  HAZARD...Life threatening flash flooding. Heavy rain producing
           flash flooding.

  SOURCE...Gauges reported.

  IMPACT...This is a PARTICULARLY DANGEROUS SITUATION. SEEK
           HIGHER GROUND NOW! Life threatening flash flooding of
           low water crossings, small creeks and streams, urban
           areas, highways, streets and underpasses.

* Some locations that will experience flash flooding include...
  Welch, Gary, Davy, Keystone, Kimball, Coalwood and Elbert.

The Tug Fork is rapidly rising at a rate of 2 to 4 feet per hour.
