Missouri. Dry air will be funneling into Iowa with winds from the 
northeast averaging 10 to 20 mph and this will cause a gradient in 
snowfall amounts with lower amounts in the northern part of a county 
and higher amounts in the southern part of a county. There is a 60% 
chance that hazardous travel impacts will result from this snowfall.
