At 451 PM PST, local law enforcement reported numerous flooded 
roads, vehicles submerged, rock and mud slides, and quickly rising 
levels of area rivers. Between 1 and 4 inches of rain have fallen. 
Additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 4 inches are possible in the 
warned area. Flash flooding is already occurring.

HAZARD...Life threatening flash flooding produced from heavy
         rain, and debris flows. THIS IS A PARTICULARLY DANGEROUS
         SITUATION!
