The National Weather Service in Lake Charles has issued a

* Flash Flood Warning for...
  East Central Jasper County in southeastern Texas...
  West Central Newton County in southeastern Texas...
  Southeastern Tyler County in southeastern Texas...

* Until 1130 AM CDT.

* At 634 AM CDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing 
  heavy rain across the warned area. Between 8 and 12 inches of rain 
  have fallen. Additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 3 inches are 
  possible in the warned area. Flash flooding is ongoing or expected 
  to begin shortly.

  This is a FLASH FLOOD EMERGENCY for Portions of Tyler, Jasper and 
  Newton Counties including Kirbyville and Newton. This is a 
  PARTICULARLY DANGEROUS SITUATION. SEEK HIGHER GROUND NOW!

  HAZARD...Life threatening flash flooding. Thunderstorms
           producing flash flooding.

  SOURCE...Radar.

  IMPACT...This is a PARTICULARLY DANGEROUS SITUATION. SEEK
           HIGHER GROUND NOW! Life threatening flash flooding of
           low water crossings, small creeks and streams, urban
