  South Central Lincoln County in central New Mexico...

* Until 500 PM MDT.

* At 155 PM MDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing 
  heavy rain across the warned area. Between 0.25 and 0.5 inches of 
  rain have fallen. Additional rainfall amounts of 0.5 to 1 inch are 
  possible in the warned area. Flash flooding is ongoing or expected 
  to begin shortly.

Excessive rainfall will impact the South Fork burn scar. The debris 
flow can consist of rock, mud, vegetation and other loose materials.

  HAZARD...Life threatening flash flooding. Thunderstorms
           producing flash flooding.

  SOURCE...Radar indicated.

  IMPACT...Life threatening flash flooding of creeks and streams,
           urban areas, highways, streets and underpasses.
