  very heavy rain across the warned area. Between 0.5 and 1 inch of 
  rain has fallen. Flash flooding is ongoing or expected to begin 
  shortly. The Hualapai Foothill rain gauge has received 0.79 inches 
  in just 15 minutes.

  HAZARD...Life-threatening flash flooding. Thunderstorms

AFTERNOON FOR SOUTHWESTERN MOHAVE COUNTY...

At 222 PM MST, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing very 
heavy rain along interstate 40 just east of Kingman. Between 1.5 and 
3.0 inches of rain has fallen since 115 PM MST. The rain gauge at 
Haulapai Foothills has received over two inches of rain since 115 PM 
MST. Flash flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly. The 
heaviest rainfall continues just to the east of Kingman.

HAZARD...Life-threatening flash flooding. Thunderstorms producing
         flash flooding.

IMPACT...Life-threatening flash flooding of low-water crossings,
         creeks, normally dry washes and roads. Travel along
         Interstate 40 east of Kingman will see substantial
         ponding of water and dangerous driving conditions.

This is a FLASH FLOOD EMERGENCY for Kingman with areas from Airway 
Road to Stockton Hill Road and all locations to the east receiving 
the most intense rainfall.  This flash flooding is ongoing and 
additinal heavy rainfall is expected. This is a particularly

of the intersection of Stockton Hill Road and Airfield Avenue. This
