The National Weather Service in Tulsa has issued a

* Flash Flood Warning for...
  Okmulgee County in northeastern Oklahoma...

* Until 445 AM CDT.

* At 1154 PM CDT, Emergency management reported dangerous flash 
  flooding is ongoing across central and northern Okmulgee county. 
  Home evacuations are ongoing in the city of Okmulgee. Between 2 
  and 6 inches of rain have fallen. Additional rainfall amounts of 1 
  to 4 inches are possible in the warned area. Flash flooding is 
  already occurring.

  This is a FLASH FLOOD EMERGENCY for Okmulgee County. This is a 
  PARTICULARLY DANGEROUS SITUATION. SEEK HIGHER GROUND NOW!

  HAZARD...Life threatening flash flooding. Thunderstorms
           producing flash flooding.

  SOURCE...Emergency management reported.

  IMPACT...This is a PARTICULARLY DANGEROUS SITUATION. SEEK

...FLASH FLOOD WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 445 AM CDT EARLY THIS 
MORNING FOR OKMULGEE COUNTY...

At 145 AM CDT, Emergency management reported widespread vehicle 
rescues ongoing across the city of Okmulgee. Avoid travel through 
the city of Okmulgee if possible. Rainfall intensity has decreased 
however light to moderate rain will continue for several more hours. 
Between 3 and 8 inches of rain have fallen. Additional rainfall 
amounts of 1 to 2 inches are possible in the warned area. Flash 
flooding is already occurring.

This is a FLASH FLOOD EMERGENCY for Okmulgee County. This is a 
PARTICULARLY DANGEROUS SITUATION. SEEK HIGHER GROUND NOW!
