* At 336 AM CDT, local law enforcement reported thunderstorms 
  producing very heavy rain that has caused flooding which is 
  threatening houses and vehicles are submerged on roadways. Between 
  3 and 6 inches of rain have fallen. Additional rainfall amounts of 
  1 to 3 inches are possible in the warned area. Flash flooding is 
  already occurring.

  This is a FLASH FLOOD EMERGENCY for Creve Coeur, Frontenac, Ladue, 
  and  Maryland Heights. This is a PARTICULARLY DANGEROUS SITUATION.
