* Flash Flood Warning for...
  Southeastern Coahoma County in northwestern Mississippi...
  Southwestern Quitman County in northwestern Mississippi...
  Northwestern Tallahatchie County in northwestern Mississippi...

* Until 400 PM CDT.

* At 1219 PM CDT, emergency management reported widespread, 
  dangerous flash flooding from thunderstorms producing heavy rain 
  across the warned area. Between 4 and 8 inches of rain have 
  fallen, with localized higher amounts, especially in the Tutwiler 
  area. The expected rainfall rate is 1 to 2 inches in 1 hour. 
  Additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 3 inches are possible in the 
  warned area. Flash flooding is already occurring.

  This is a FLASH FLOOD EMERGENCY for northwest Tallahatchie, 
  extreme southeast Coahoma, and south Quitman Counties. This is a 
  PARTICULARLY DANGEROUS SITUATION. SEEK HIGHER GROUND NOW!

  HAZARD...Life threatening flash flooding. Thunderstorms
           producing flash flooding.

At 159 PM CDT, emergency management reported widespread flooding in 
the Tutwiler area due to persistent, training thunderstorms across 
the warned area. Between 4 and 8 inches of rain have fallen with 
localized higher amounts. The expected rainfall rate is 1 to 2 
inches per 1 hour. Additional rainfall amounts up to 2 inches are 
possible in the warned area. Flash flooding is already occurring.

This is a FLASH FLOOD EMERGENCY for northwest Tallahatchie, extreme 
southeast Coahoma, and south Quitman Counties. This is a

rainfall amounts of 1 to 2 inches are possible in the warned area. 
Flash flooding is already occurring.
