  St. John The Baptist Parish in southeastern Louisiana...

* Until 715 AM CDT.

* At 224 AM CDT, emergency management reported thunderstorms 
  producing heavy rain with people trapped in on the top of their 
  homes, roads completely flooded, and high water rescues are trying 
  to get out. Between 6 and 13 inches of rain have fallen. Flash 
  flooding is already occurring.

  This is a FLASH FLOOD EMERGENCY for Laplace. This is a 
  PARTICULARLY DANGEROUS SITUATION. SEEK HIGHER GROUND NOW!

  HAZARD...Life threatening flash flooding.

  SOURCE...Emergency management reported.

  IMPACT...This is a PARTICULARLY DANGEROUS SITUATION. SEEK
