At 406 AM CDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing heavy 
rain across the warned area. Between 4 and 5 inches of rain have 
fallen. Life threatening flash flooding is ongoing.

This is a FLASH FLOOD EMERGENCY for Shady Point. This is a 
PARTICULARLY DANGEROUS SITUATION. SEEK HIGHER GROUND NOW!

HAZARD...Life threatening flash flooding. Thunderstorms producing
         flash flooding.

IMPACT...This is a PARTICULARLY DANGEROUS SITUATION. SEEK HIGHER
