13 Nov 2024 Update: The tool was updated to use non-hash link style URLs. A shim is in place to translate the old URLs to the new ones, so nothing should be broken (famous last words). This was done to allow the HTML5 History API to provide a better user experience.

Northwestern Washita County in western Oklahoma...
North central Greer County in southwestern Oklahoma...
Southeastern Beckham County in western Oklahoma...
* Until 245 AM CDT.
* At 850 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing
torrential rain across the warned area. Near stationary storms
have produced 4 to 5 inches of rainfall over the past 2 hours.
Another 1 to 3 inches of rainfal will cause life-threatening flash
flooding. This is an extremely dangerous situation.
Again this is a PARTICULARLY DANGEROUS SITUATION. SEEK HIGHER
GROUND NOW!
* Some locations that will experience flooding include...
Burns Flat, Dill City, Carter, Willow, Retrop and Delhi.
PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
Move to higher ground now. This is an extremely dangerous and
life-threatening situation. Do not attempt to travel unless you are
fleeing an area subject to flooding or under an evacuation order.
