  Northwestern Carroll County in north central Mississippi...
  Grenada County in north central Mississippi...

* Until 915 AM CST.

* At 612 AM CST, local law enforcement reported heavy rain across the
  warned area. Up to three inches of rain have already fallen. Flash
  flooding is already occurring.

* Some locations that will experience flooding include...
  Grenada, Leflore, Avalon, Bew Springs, Holcomb and Elliott. 

Additional rainfall amounts of 2 to 3 inches are possible in the 
warned area.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.

At 655 AM CST, emergency management reported flash flooding and 
water rescues being conducted in the Grenada and Holcomb areas. Up 
to three inches of rain have already fallen. Flash flooding is 
already occurring.

This is a FLASH FLOOD EMERGENCY for Grenada and Holcomb. This is a 
PARTICULARLY DANGEROUS SITUATION. SEEK HIGHER GROUND NOW!

Grenada, Leflore, Avalon, Bew Springs, Holcomb and Elliott.
