The National Weather Service in Cheyenne has issued a

* Flash Flood Warning for...
  West central Platte County in southeastern Wyoming...

* Until 1145 PM MDT.

* At 838 PM MDT, emergency management reported thunderstorms
  producing heavy rain across the warned area. Up to three inches of
  rain have already fallen. Flash flooding is expected to begin
  shortly.

  This is a FLASH FLOOD EMERGENCY for locations along Sybille Creek 
and 10 miles west of Wheatland. This is a PARTICULARLY DANGEROUS 
SITUATION. SEEK HIGHER GROUND NOW!

* Some locations that will experience flooding include...
  Westview Circle.

Additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 2 inches are possible in the 
warned area.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Move to higher ground now. This is an extremely dangerous and
life-threatening situation. Do not attempt to travel unless you are
fleeing an area subject to flooding or under an evacuation order.

Please report flooding to your local law enforcement agency when you
can do so safely.

A Flash Flood Warning means that flooding is imminent or occurring.
If you are in the warned area move to higher ground immediately.
Residents living along streams and creeks should take immediate
precautions to protect life and property.

THROUGH 7 AM WEDNESDAY...

The National Weather Service in Cheyenne has extended the

* Flash Flood Warning for...
  West central Platte County in southeastern Wyoming...

* Until 745 AM MDT Wednesday.

* At 1107 PM MDT, emergency management reported heavy rain across 
  the warned area. Rainfall estimates of 4 to 5 inches feel on the 
  east slopes of the Laramie Range this evening and runoff from this 
  heavy rainfall is draining into Sybille Creek. Sybille Creek will 
  remain flooded through the overnight hours. Flash flooding is 
  already occurring.

  This is a FLASH FLOOD EMERGENCY for Sybille Creek and Dry Laramie 
River. This is a PARTICULARLY DANGEROUS SITUATION. SEEK HIGHER 
GROUND NOW!

* Some locations that will experience flooding include...
  Westview Circle.

Flood waters are moving down Sybille Creek and Dry Laramie River 
into Grayrocks.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Move to higher ground now. This is an extremely dangerous and
life-threatening situation. Do not attempt to travel unless you are
fleeing an area subject to flooding or under an evacuation order.
