* At 1250 PM EDT, a gust front was located along a line extending
  from Choptank River to near Breton Bay, moving southeast at 25 
  knots. Numerous wind gusts of 35 to 45 knots have been observed 
  with this line.

  HAZARD...Wind gusts 34 knots or greater.

  IMPACT...Boaters in small craft could be thrown overboard by 
           suddenly higher winds and waves capsizing their vessel.
