* Flash Flood Warning for...
Bradford County in northeastern Pennsylvania...
* Until 915 AM EDT.
* At 612 AM EDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms developing
across western and southern Bradford County. The thunderstorms
were leading to another round of heavy rain across the warned area
which was ravaged by major flash flooding yesterday. It won't take
much rain to cause another round of flash flooding along small
streams and creeks. The heavy rain will last at least through 8 am.
* Some locations that will experience flooding include...
Towanda, Ridgebury, Canton, West Franklin, Troy, Wilmot,
Hollenback, West Burlington, Wyalusing and Monroe.
PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.
A Flash Flood Warning means that flooding is imminent or occurring.
If you are in the warned area move to higher ground immediately.
Residents living along streams and creeks should take immediate
precautions to protect life and property.

* Flash Flood Warning for...
Bradford County in northeastern Pennsylvania...
* Until 315 PM EDT Tuesday.
* At 848 AM EDT, Doppler radar indicated periods of heavy rain
continued across the warned area. Flash flooding is already
occurring across many areas in Bradford County. There has been
reports of more evacuations, road closures and other flash flood
problems. Hardest hit areas were in the Wilmont, New Albany,
Monroeton, Wyalusing, Herrickville and Rome areas. This is a
particularly dangerous situation. Residents in flood prone areas
should heed evacuation orders and act quickly to protect life and
property.

much of Bradford County. The heaviest rain has ended. Significant
flash flooding is on-going with numerous roads and bridges either
flooded or closed, water flooding structures, and people being
evacuated or rescued. This is a dangerous situation.
