This is a FLASH FLOOD EMERGENCY!. This is a PARTICULARLY DANGEROUS SITUATION ESPECIALLY ALONG COON CREEK. SEEK HIGHER GROUND NOW! * Some locations that will experience flooding include... Westby, Cashton, Stoddard, Coon Valley, Portland, Norwalk, Wilton, Chaseburg, Genoa, Melvina, Esofea, Spring Ridge, and Norskedalen.
