This application allows easy navigation of National Weather Service issued products with Valid Time Event Coding (VTEC).
13 Nov 2024 Update: The tool was updated to use non-hash link style URLs. A shim is in place to translate the old URLs to the new ones, so nothing should be broken (famous last words). This was done to allow the HTML5 History API to provide a better user experience.

* At 517 PM AST, river gauge data show that major or potentially
catastrophic flooding is still ongoing. With satellite imagery
showing the development of more torrential rainfall, the flash
flood emergency has be extended.
This is a FLASH FLOOD EMERGENCY for RIO DE LA PLATA. This is a
PARTICULARLY DANGEROUS SITUATION. SEEK HIGHER GROUND NOW!
* Some locations that will experience flooding include...
Toa Alta, Toa Baja, Comerio, Naranjito, Dorado, Sabana Seca, Vega
Alta, Campanilla, San Antonio, Ingenio, Rio Lajas, H. Rivera Colon,
San Jose, Galateo, Pajaros, Candelaria, Levittown, Candelaria
Arenas and Mucarabones.
PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
Move to higher ground now. This is an extremely dangerous and
life-threatening situation. Do not attempt to travel unless you are
fleeing an area subject to flooding or under an evacuation order.
A Flash Flood Warning means that flooding is imminent or occurring.
If you are in the warned area move to higher ground immediately.
Residents living along streams and creeks should take immediate
precautions to protect life and property.
