13 Nov 2024 Update: The tool was updated to use non-hash link style URLs. A shim is in place to translate the old URLs to the new ones, so nothing should be broken (famous last words). This was done to allow the HTML5 History API to provide a better user experience.

continues along Rio Grande de Loiza. This is resulting in severe
flash flooding in these municipalities, but particularly Loiza.
This is a FLASH FLOOD EMERGENCY for Rio Grande de Loiza. This is a
PARTICULARLY DANGEROUS SITUATION. SEEK HIGHER GROUND NOW!
Additional rainfall amounts of 4 to 6 inches are possible in the
warned area.
PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
Move to higher ground now. This is an extremely dangerous and
life-threatening situation. Do not attempt to travel unless you are
fleeing an area subject to flooding or under an evacuation order.
A Flash Flood Warning means that flooding is imminent or occurring.
If you are in the warned area move to higher ground immediately.
Residents living along streams and creeks should take immediate
precautions to protect life and property.
