  was located just southwest of Elk City, moving northeast at 35 mph.

  This is a PARTICULARLY DANGEROUS SITUATION. TAKE COVER NOW! 

  HAZARD...Damaging tornado. 

  SOURCE...Weather spotters confirmed tornado. 

  IMPACT...You are in a life-threatening situation. Flying debris
