13 Nov 2024 Update: The tool was updated to use non-hash link style URLs. A shim is in place to translate the old URLs to the new ones, so nothing should be broken (famous last words). This was done to allow the HTML5 History API to provide a better user experience.

* At 709 PM MDT, a confirmed large and extremely dangerous tornado
was located near Chimney Rock State Park, or 15 miles southeast of
Scottsbluff, moving east at 25 mph.
THIS IS A PARTICULARLY DANGEROUS SITUATION. IF IN MCGREW AND
BAYARD...TAKE COVER NOW!
HAZARD...Damaging tornado.
SOURCE...Weather spotters confirmed large tornado southwest of
Mcgrew.
IMPACT...You are in a life-threatening situation. Flying debris
may be deadly to those caught without shelter. Mobile
homes will be destroyed. Considerable damage to homes,
businesses, and vehicles is likely and complete
destruction is possible.

To repeat, a large, extremely dangerous and potentially deadly
tornado is on the ground. To protect your life, TAKE COVER NOW! Move
to a basement or an interior room on the lowest floor of a sturdy

a vehicle, move to the closest substantial shelter and protect
yourself from flying debris.
