* At 450 PM MDT, a confirmed tornado was located over Hereford, or 28
  miles southeast of Cheyenne, moving north at 20 mph.

  HAZARD...Damaging tornado and baseball size hail. 

  SOURCE...Public confirmed tornado. 

  IMPACT...Flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without 
           shelter. Mobile homes will be damaged or destroyed. 
           Damage to roofs, windows, and vehicles will occur.  Tree 
           damage is likely. 

* The tornado will be near...
  Carpenter around 500 PM MDT. 
  Burns around 530 PM MDT. 

This includes Interstate 80 in Wyoming between mile markers 386 and
402.

To repeat, a tornado is on the ground. TAKE COVER NOW! Move to a

Carpenter, also moving north.
