The featured chart presents the percentage of NWS "CLI"mate reporting sites that had an above average high temperature for each day since mid October. There is no spatial weighting to this plot, so the percentages should not be conflated to an areal coverage. The bulk statistic shows over 90% of the sites reporting an above average high yesterday! There is not much to be seen for dominate cold with only early November shown solidly above 50%.
