The featured chart presents the frequency of having either a wind chill advisory or warning active at a given wind chill temperature for the site. The major caveat here is that these alerts have a duration requirement, so it is not a simple trigger once a site dips below the advisory threshold. Values can also fluctuate above and below an alert threshold over the duration of the alert.
