White-out / blizzard conditions are being reported this morning over portions of northern Iowa. This storm system follows closely behind the major snow producing system last week. The featured map displays the percentage of time since the first of the year that a given road segment has been reported to be in non-seasonable condition. The most frequent conditions have been over far northern Iowa with percentages dropping as one travels south and east in the state. A Blizzard Warning remains in effect until this afternoon
