The maximum temperature reported so far this year ranges from 45 over northern Iowa to 70 over southern Iowa. The snow pack has been the most extensive and persistent over northern Iowa helping to keep temperatures cooler there. The forecast continues our slow moderation this week, but colder weather will return for the start of April.
