Our weather pattern is ready to become very active with numerous storm systems forecasted to bring heavy rain to Iowa this weekend and into Monday. The Hydrometeorological Prediction Center has much of Iowa forecasted to receive over 2 inches over the next 5 days. This will set the fall harvest back a week or more with fields too wet to run machinery on.
