The featured maps are of estimated rainfall for May and June. It is interesting how the pattern of rainfall has basicly reversed. May brought flooding rains to Southwest Iowa and very little rainfall to extreme Eastern Iowa. June has been extremely wet for Eastern Iowa and dry for Western Iowa. There are a few more chances of rainfall this month, but nothing extreme like what was seen last week.
