Only extreme sections of Southwest Iowa continue to enjoy much above normal temperatures with highs recently running in the 40s and 50s. The rest of the state has been stuck in the 30s with low clouds and fog dominating. There doesn't appear to be much break in this pattern in the forecast for the rest of the week.
