Record low temperatures this morning have been set in at least Waterloo, Ottumwa, and Mason City. The low thus far in Waterloo is -16, which breaks the previous record of -3 by 13 degrees! The bitter cold looks to continue this week with chances of snow on Monday and Tuesday.
