The calendar says October and the season is supposedly fall, but the weather is more like summer. Strong southerly winds have drawn gulf moisture up into the state. Dew points are in the mid 60s to near 70, which is extremely warm for this time of year. The warmth will continue until a cold front sweeps through on Wednesday.
