A surface low pressure system is located just to our SW this morning and has helped to produce a couple of severe thunderstorms in Western Iowa this morning including the one shown on the map producing small hail in Harrison County. Today was supposed to be a state wide tornado drill for Severe Weather Awareness Week, but since there are strong storms already in the state, it has been postponed to avoid obfuscation.
