The IEM Freeze application is indicating an interesting mix of precipitation with a freezing road surface (colored dots) this morning. Freezing rain has been reported in Allamakee and Clayton Counties this Friday morning. The precip won't be lasting much longer with our low system moving east out of Iowa.
