With a fresh snowfall on the ground and clear nightime skies, temperatures dipped to record lows in Eastern Iowa. But with bright sunshine for a long spring day, this snow will have little chance of sticking around much longer. Look for temperatures to rise about 10 degrees each day until topping off this weekend in the 70's.
