...THUNDERSTORMS CONTINUE TO DEVELOP OVER THE CARIBBEAN WATERS AND

MONA PASSAGE...



At 117 PM AST, Doppler radar and satellite imagery indicated 

clusters of thunderstorms, capable of producing gusty winds to 

around 30 knots, torrential rainfall and gusty winds. These storms

were located over the offshore Caribbean waters south of the 

islands, and near the western coast of Puerto Rico. Additional 

thunderstorms are expected to develop this afternoon. Boaters 

should seek safe harbor immediately.
