At 1220 PM AST, Doppler radar indicated a line of showers and 

thunderstorms over the Caribbean and Atlantic waters, near the

U.S. Virgin Islands, capable of producing winds to around 30 

knots, moving north-northeast at around 10 to 15 knots. The 

activity across these areas will continue for the next couple of 

hours. 



PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...



Mariners can expect gusty winds to around 30 knots, locally higher

waves, and lightning strikes. Boaters should seek safe harbor

immediately until this storm passes.
