* WHAT...Heavy snow possible. Total snow accumulations of 6 to 12

  inches are possible. Northerly winds of 20 to 30 mph with gusts

  40 to 50 mph possible.



* WHERE...In Connecticut, Northern Middlesex, Southern Middlesex 

  and Southern New London Counties. In New York, Northeastern 

  Suffolk and Southeastern Suffolk Counties.



* WHEN...From Monday evening through Tuesday afternoon.



* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Plan on difficult travel conditions,

  including during the morning commute on Tuesday. Significant
