...THE FLASH FLOOD WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 600 PM CDT FOR
NORTHWESTERN MUSKOGEE...OKMULGEE AND CENTRAL OKFUSKEE COUNTIES...

At 247 PM CDT, extensive flooding continues across much of Okmulgee
county and travel is not advised through Okmulgee county at this
time. Additional moderate to heavy rainfall will continue with
another inch possible.

THIS IS A FLASH FLOOD EMERGENCY FOR OKMULGEE AND PORTIONS OF
OKFUSKEE AND MUSKOGEE COUNTIES AND IS A PARTICULARLY DANGEROUS
SITUATION. SEEK HIGHER GROUND NOW!

Additional rainfall amounts of around one inch are possible in the
warned area.

This includes Interstate 40 in Oklahoma between mile markers 212 and
243.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Move to higher ground now. This is an extremely dangerous and
life-threatening situation. Do not attempt to travel unless you are
fleeing an area subject to flooding or under an evacuation order.
