COUNTIES...

At 406 AM CDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing heavy
rain across the warned area. Between 4 and 5 inches of rain have
fallen. Life threatening flash flooding is ongoing.

This is a FLASH FLOOD EMERGENCY for Shady Point. This is a
PARTICULARLY DANGEROUS SITUATION. SEEK HIGHER GROUND NOW!

HAZARD...Life threatening flash flooding. Thunderstorms producing
         flash flooding.

IMPACT...This is a PARTICULARLY DANGEROUS SITUATION. SEEK HIGHER
         GROUND NOW! Life threatening flash flooding is
         occurring. Residents in Shady Point are trapped in homes
         due to high water. Multiple cars are under water and
         swift water rescues are ongoing.
