At 228 AM CDT, emergency management reported numerous closed
roadways, water rescues, and evacuations. Four to six inches of rain
have fallen, and additional heavy rainfall will begin to move into
th area by 4 AM. Flash flooding is already occurring and will
continue.

BARTLESVILLE...SKIATOOK...AND DEWEY. This is a PARTICULARLY
