...THE FLASH FLOOD WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 445 AM CDT FOR
CLARK...SOUTHERN PIKE...WEST CENTRAL GRANT...NORTHWESTERN DALLAS AND
SOUTHEASTERN HOT SPRING COUNTIES...

At 231 AM CDT, Doppler radar and automated rain gauges indicated
thunderstorms producing heavy rain over the warned area. Two to over
three inches of rain have already fallen over the past hour and a
half. The heaviest rain has fallen generally along a line from south
of Delight to Arkadelphia. Additional thunderstorms are expected to
move over this same area. As a result...flash flooding is likely to
occur.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.

Be especially cautious at night when it is harder to recognize the
dangers of flooding.
