...THIS IS A FLASH FLOOD EMERGENCY FOR TAYLOR AND CASEY COUNTIES...

...THE FLASH FLOOD WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 1100 PM EDT FOR
TAYLOR AND CASEY COUNTIES...

At 932 PM EDT, local law enforcement reported flash flooding causing
water rescues in Libery. Radar indicates up to three inches of rain
have already fallen. Flash flooding is already occurring.

This is a FLASH FLOOD EMERGENCY for Taylor and Casey counties. This
is a PARTICULARLY DANGEROUS SITUATION. SEEK HIGHER GROUND NOW!

Some locations that will experience flooding include...
Liberty, Campbellsville, Mintonville, Lawhorn Hill, Teddy, Gilpin,
Arista, South Campbellsville, Evans Ford and Mannsville.

The heaviest rainfall has ended, but an additional quarter to half
an inch is possible over the next hour ot two.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Move to higher ground now. This is an extremely dangerous and
life-threatening situation. Do not attempt to travel unless you are
fleeing an area subject to flooding or under an evacuation order.
