crossings, small creeks and streams, urban areas, highways,
streets and underpasses is ongoing. Flooding of some
homes, businesses, and other structures adjacent to streams
and low-lying areas remains possible; seek higher ground
         NOW!

Two to four inches of rain has fallen over the past six hours with
storm-total rainfall of 4-6 inches across the county. The heavy

persist through the afternoon.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Move to higher ground now. This is an extremely dangerous and
life-threatening situation. Do not attempt to travel unless you are
fleeing an area subject to flooding or under an evacuation order.

Numerous roads, parking lots and bridges will be threatened by heavy
rain and rapidly rising streams and creeks. Please pay close
attention to road signs indicating a flood-prone area. Obey all
barricades, even if water is not currently over the road. Barricades
are in place for your protection and indicate areas where flooding
can occur rapidly and without warning.
