  West Central Cameron County in deep south Texas...
  Southeastern Hidalgo County in deep south Texas...

* Until 700 PM CDT.

* At 433 PM CDT, emergency management reported heavy rain across the
  warned area. Between 8 and 12 inches of rain have fallen. Flash
  flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly.

  HAZARD...Life threatening flash flooding. Heavy rain producing
           flash flooding.

  SOURCE...Emergency management.

  IMPACT...Life threatening flash flooding of creeks and streams,
           urban areas, highways, streets and underpasses.

* Some locations that will experience flash flooding include...
  Pharr, Harlingen, Weslaco, San Juan, Alamo, Donna, Mercedes,
  Hidalgo, Progreso, South McAllen, Sharyland, South Alamo, A.p.
  Solis Middle School, Scissors, Donna Public Library, Donna Police
  Department, Donna City Hall, North Alamo Elementary School, Donna
  High School and Austin Middle School.

Additional rainfall amounts up to 1 inch are possible in the warned
area.
