The featured map displays IEM computed and estimated precipitation ranks for this November versus all previous Novembers since 1893 by climate district. This November finished in the top ten for much of Iowa with even wetter ranks off to our east and south. Of course when there are very wet areas, you will likely find dry areas not that far away. Those dry areas were limited to the far northwestern and eastern portions of the Midwest.
