The plot is an attempt to answer the question of how long to wait for the next rainfall after an event. Day 2 appears to stand out as a drier day than the rest with no clear signal for the rest of the days. So it rained on Tuesday and was dry on Wednesday, so we can expect today to probably be dry as well. In reality, our rainfall chances appear to hold off until this weekend.
