Ah yes, this is what winter is like. Bitterly cold air is feeling even colder this morning thanks to the help of a strong wind reducing the wind chill to below zero for much of Iowa. Yet another storm system is set to arrive this evening and bring heavy snow to extreme Southeast Iowa.
