Canadian high pressure settled into the Upper Midwest overnight and brought some of the coldest air of the season. Even portions of SE Iowa that have yet to see sub-32 temperatures dropped well below freezing. The forecast for this week has a brief warmup before the next storm system arrives mid-week.
