A plot of high and low temperatures for Ames for the past week shows the recent downswing in temperatures. The high temperature on Monday was the coldest it has been since 14 May. Low temperatures tonight are expected to dip to near record values over the northern half of the state. The seasons are changing my friend, ready or not!
