Skies cleared out last night and with a fresh snowfall on the ground in Northern Iowa, temperatures dropped nicely into the teens. Considering that average low temperatures are around 22 degrees, these current temperatures are not that abnormally cold. Looks like temperatures will be similar for the rest of the week with a good chance of rain and snow on Wednesday.
